Migration support

The core supports migration options which include but not limit the following:
If current solution exists, but additional MIPS power is needed, and this will have re-design implications, the existing firmware/software can be moved to the new core design, with recompilation of different versions of the core (supporting newly added core units), and adding (compile the core with more options/units) the blocks of the existing design with the concurrent, changes in the retargetable and reconfigurable compiler.

The core can support the firmware/software porting written for other processor(s) (regardless of the architecture) with little or no changes in the main source (depends on the sources).

Saves time for the migration from existing (multiple) core(s) to the SHIVA core.
